Our journey took us all around the world as we were honored to have spoken at some of the biggest business conferences globally. As we continued our business journey and became older... we started to notice something. There were often very few women in the room. Here are some facts to put in perspective.

• 2.7% of VC-funded firms have a female CEO
• Less than 5% have women on their executive team
• Only 10% of startups are founded by women. 

While we recognize the progress that has been made in recent years to have more equity in the business world. We believe this is just getting started. This issue of girl empowerment is very close to our heart as hearts, as it impacts millions of women around the world. As per United Nations, it will take women 140 years to achieve equal representation in leadership positions in the workforce. We need more girls to embrace their full potential in entrepreneurship and leadership inspired by role models like you rather than learn to stand at the back of a line or being told that they are not enough.

We are advocates for female entrepreneurship through our business and speeches. We have presented on global stages, conducted workshops, and supported the journeys of other girls becoming leaders and entrepreneurs.
